Smarties understands that education must be stimulating and enriching in order for students to be engaged and to develop a zest for learning. We connect with our students and develop their creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking skills.
Smarties programs are fun, stimulating, and motivational. In reading and writing, we utilize poetry, short stories, journal writing, and non-fictional works. The math and science programs are inquiry-based and taught through real life adventures to stimulate student interest and understanding. We are dedicated to challenging the whole person. We maximize our student’s full potential by customizing the curriculum to each student’s learning style and academic needs.
Rewards are an important motivational component of Smarties’ programs because they build self-confidence and foment an interest in learning. The rewards program is designed to encourage, recognize and reward student attendance, participation and academic improvement. Students have the opportunity to earn rewards throughout the entire duration of the program.
